Located at a Rosebank fuel station forecourt, Pantry is the "cool younger sibling" of David Higgs’ Marble and Saint. It has completely redefined the concept of convenience dining. While it’s technically a "petrol station shop," the pizza coming out of their ovens is anything but basic.

The dough is light and airy with that signature wood-fired char, but it’s the toppings that steal the show. Their BBQ pizza (steak and red onion) is a winner and has reached cult status in our home. The Mexicana is spicy, filling comfort food. If you’re feeling a little adventurous, give the oxtail pizza a try.

Pantry by Marble is the perfect spot for a late-night craving or a stylish takeaway when you want the "Saint" quality without the formal sit-down price tag. Keep an eye out for their pop-ups too, like the current one at Mall of Africa, bringing that same "elevated grab-and-go" vibe to Midrand.

However, first-timers should opt for the bufalina with fior di latte and buffalo mozzarella.
